Marine Phytoplankton

Yeah, it's the only food some whales need to grow up huge bodies, and it's all over the ocean - or used to be, before human mass-polluting activities. I immediately fell in love with the idea that this superfood of the ocean gods is available in a concentrated form, so you can just drink a small amount from the bottle and feel the immediate rush of feel-good energy and enjoy the uplifted mood for hours.

I've only tried iHerb's free Umac-Core samples  twice, and both times it worked so well I ordered a big bottle.

It's 100% usable for the body, so I guess there's no need to poop anything out while on a plankton-only-diet ... Quite an interesting lifestyle some marine creatures have.

Especially recommended reading about the base of the Earth's whole food-chain, and how come whales live 100-200 years with a healthy love-life.

I just learned that these magnificent micro-creatures who have - amongst other single-cell organisms - abundantly existed here since the beginning of life on Earth are about to be wiped out and killed by the Global Warming. Learn more here. Hope we can save them, or people will loose yet another very precious natural food and some ocean species their primary or only source of nutrition - which doesn't leave much hope for their survival either.

When huge chains start to break up and collapse, things start to escalate totally out of hands very fast. Hope we  never reach that point, and can reverse the enormous damage already done to the Earth's eco-system.

We are losing so much all the time ... these new candidates for the endangered species list look so common and harmless ... why all have to suffer for the greed of few?
