What a wonderful new downtempo release from the mighty Tipper, who just survived open heart surgery which has given even more depth and emotional intensity to his fluid use of carefully crafted sounds and complex compositions with lots of micro-arrangements without loosing the groove. We already heard Rip Cord in Bluetech's Spirit of la Selva rainforest charity compilation, and last year he released a free teaser track Algae Bloom in Seven which has become a chillout favorite of many sacred bass dj's and musicians.
